Support Independent Documentary Work

The Set operates through long term commitment rather than trend driven production. Our projects are built slowly, intentionally, and independently. We chose depth over speed. We chose observation over exaggeration. We chose discipline over hype. If you believe storytelling shapes identity, you can support the work below.

The Burundi I know

The Burundi I Know

The Burundi I Know is a long term documentary series observing Burundi through landscape, memory, infrastructure, and lived experience. It documents rural and urban life, professional journeys, elders, youth, forgotten systems, and the quiet realities that rarely reach headlines. This project stands between exaggeration and dismissal. It does not romanticize. It does not condemn. It observes. Field production requires travel across provinces, research preparation, filming coordination, editing, archiving, and sustained commitment. This work is intentionally slow. It is built to last.
